🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong accessibility experience with Windows UI Automation and related APIs.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, and async.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and decisions.
