- Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- User-centric mindset focused on polished, accessible UX.
