- Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML, C++ when needed).

๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability, maintainability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; able to tradeoffs and drive cross-functional consensus.
- User-centric mindset for polished, accessible end-user experiences.
