- 3+ years in Windows desktop app dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM) a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, including interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and building accessible software.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
