🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++/Win32 a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record designing, building, and shipping production desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessibility.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
