📋 Description

  • Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps.
  • Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and UI responsiveness.
  • Drive accessibility with UI Automation and accessible UI focus.
  • Collaborate with product/design/QA to shape roadmap for Windows.
  • Own features end-to-end from conception to release and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Windows app architecture; interop between .NET and native code.
  • Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
  • Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
  • Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading/async.
  • Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
