- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
