🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop app dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation or similar).
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
