🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record shipping reliable, high-performance desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
