- 3+ years in Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation)
- Strong CS fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, async/multi-threading
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions
