- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate trade-offs and cross-functional collaboration.
- User-centric mindset focused on polished, intuitive, accessible UX.
