π― Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; ideally C++.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record delivering production desktop apps with reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, and multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
