🎯 Requirements
- 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev: Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture; interop .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production Windows apps (reliability, performance, maintainability).
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs, collaborate cross-functionally, drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset: polished, intuitive, accessible experiences.
