Ensure releases meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Pair with engineers to identify coverage gaps and automate repetitive tasks.
Provide reliable feedback on new functionality and process changes.
Identify and prevent corner-case defects to improve robustness.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software development or test framework experience.
Proficient in at least one language (JavaScript, Java, Python).
Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure tools (AWS, GCP).
Hands-on automation framework experience (TestNG, Cypress, Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, Jest).
Experience with TDD and multiple automated test levels (unit, integration, functional).
Self-directed, curious, and proactive.
