Monitor and troubleshoot ETL/data pipelines across Data Lakes and distributed systems.
Perform root cause analysis using SQL, logs, and monitoring tools.
Support microservices-based apps running in Docker and Kubernetes.
Diagnose Linux server issues (disk, memory, networking, permissions).
Drive end-to-end incident resolution; create RCA reports and preventive measures.

🎯 Requirements

3-4 years of experience in technical/application/production support.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Linux, and AWS.
Familiarity with monitoring/log tools such as Datadog, Sumologic, Zabbix.
Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Good understanding of microservices, APIs, and log debugging.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.
