Senior Software Engineer, Technical Search Visibility

📋 Description

• Lead complete SEO and AEO projects across multiple systems with minimal guidance.
• Design, build, and ship full-stack features to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
• Architect scalable data pipelines and systems for SEO/AEO data ingestion and delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to shape features, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Mentor engineers and drive team productivity through design reviews and guidance.
• Work across the full stack to ensure the platform is discoverable by millions of users.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience with expert-level React, Ruby, Python, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects from architecture to production rollout.
• Experience with distributed systems and data engineering (pipelines, schemas, data quality) with Airflow or DBT.
• Strong focus on performance, scalability, robustness, observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Strong product thinking and ability to influence direction with business value trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills for cross-team collaboration.
