Design, implement, and maintain web applications with customer domain-specific business logic
Communicate with Architects, Tech Leads, Product, and Design to deliver value
Mentor junior engineers and guide teams on frameworks and best practices
Develop concise, detailed technical documentation
Lead a workstream, partner with Product on requirements, plan tasks
Design, build, and maintain tests (unit/integration) for quality

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
8+ years of software engineering experience
Experience as a technical lead for a product engineering team
Expertise building APIs with C# and .NET
Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
Experience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, or similar architectural patterns
