Senior Software Engineer, Storage Platform

📋 Description

• Build and ship services to improve DB reliability and performance (pooling, routing)
• Automate DBs and caching clusters at scale (provisioning, config changes, backups)
• Improve observability with metrics, logs, alerts to speed incident response
• Diagnose production issues across storage infra (latency, capacity, availability)
• Contribute to secure database connectivity standards (encryption in transit) and guardrails

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building backend or infrastructure systems
• PostgreSQL and relational DB concepts (design, indexing, queries)
• Proficiency in Go or Rust; quick to learn codebases
• Cloud infra and containers (AWS, Kubernetes); on-call and incident response
• Observability practices: metrics, logs, tracing
