• 4+ years in software engineering for large-scale cloud services.
• 1+ years delivering large-scale in-memory datastore solutions (Valkey/Redis).
• 1+ years building cloud-based control-plane software.
• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented startup mindset.
• Strong ownership and bias for automation and scale.
• Ability to dive deep into technical challenges and root causes.
• Experience mentoring juniors and guiding code quality.
