🎯 Requirements

• PostgreSQL expertise: query optimization, tuning, replication.
• Experience with other relational data systems: streaming, OLAP, caches.
• Authored and operated Temporal workflows.
• Familiar with tracing and OpenTelemetry.
• Led moderate-to-large tech projects: planning, execution, stakeholders.
• Past Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps experience.
• Haskell or other functional programming experience.
