Migrate ELK to a scalable platform (Mimir, Grafana, Honeycomb, Loki)
Improve observability practices, SLOs, and Kubernetes adoption with teams
Create tools to reduce MTTR and simplify troubleshooting
Foster continuous learning through knowledge sharing and leading by example

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
Hands-on observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Honeycomb, Loki
Development with Python, Java, or JavaScript
Collaborative practices: pair programming and code reviews
Self-driven with focus on high-quality, sustainable software
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
