🎯 Requirements

5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
Observability tooling: New Relic, Datadog, logs & traces.
CI/CD with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy.
Security: SAST/DAST/SCA, threat modeling, secrets management.
IaC with Terraform; trunk-based development.
SLO/SLI, reliability practices; coaching across teams.
