Own search operations; participate in on-call rota

Share expertise on distributed systems
Collaborate with other teams to tackle high-impact issues

🎯 Requirements

Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production
Experience with large datasets and high-traffic workloads
Rigour in code quality, automated testing, and best practices
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience at our current stage and beyond ($50-200M ARR)
