Senior Software Engineer - Safety Platform

📋 Description

• Own complex safety platform projects end-to-end.
• Build and maintain critical safety infrastructure.
• Assess security, scaling, and abuse scenarios.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, ML, and product teams.
• Debug and resolve issues; participate in on-call rotations.
• Break down projects into smaller work streams; manage dependencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software development; backend/infrastructure focus.
• Strong Python, Rust, or TypeScript skills.
• Experience operating production services at scale.
• Own projects end-to-end and deliver on time.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud (GCP/AWS).
• Observability, metrics, and monitoring experience.
