🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Ruby
- Experience with Redis/Memcached-based caching, PostgreSQL
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
- Contributions to open source projects are a plus
- Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills
