Build complex Ruby on Rails applications
Build server-side infrastructure for the Workato user interface
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
Evaluate and propose improvements to the existing system
Support continuous improvement by evaluating alternatives for architectural review

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of strong Rails experience developing, shipping and maintaining Rails applications
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Strong knowledge of Ruby
Experience with Redis/Memcache-based caching, Postgres
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills
