Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
Evaluate and propose improvements to existing system.
Support continuous improvement by evaluating alternatives and presenting options.

🎯 Requirements

Strong Rails experience (5+ years)
Extensive knowledge of Ruby
BS/MS in CS/Engineering or related field
Strong OO programming and design skills
Redis/Memcached caching experience; Postgres
Open source contributions are a plus
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
