🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Ruby on Rails (or similar MVC) and relational databases.
- React and modern frontend patterns.
- PostgreSQL, Redis, and background jobs (Sidekiq).
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems with minimal direction.
- Strong communication and collaboration, including mentorship.
- Demonstrated experience using AI to enhance products.
- You live and work permanently in the U.S.
