🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time work experience in software engineering, IT, or related domains.
• Proven track record of defining technical direction and owning architecture for large-scale systems.
• Drive technical strategy and make architectural decisions across multiple teams.
• Experience mentoring and growing engineers, influencing decisions across orgs.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Ruby/Java/Kotlin) and storage systems (relational DBs, NoSQL, caching).
