🎯 Requirements

- Strong software engineering fundamentals; able to work across unfamiliar systems and domains.
- Experience in deployment systems, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Kafka or event streaming, or databases.
- Track record turning ambiguity into clear plans and working solutions.
- Comfortable partnering with engineers and leaders to understand needs and tradeoffs.
