🎯 Requirements

- Experience in deployment systems, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Kafka, Temporal, and databases.
- Track record turning ambiguous problems into clear plans and working solutions.
- Comfort partnering with engineers and leaders to understand needs and tradeoffs.
