🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with focus on security or privacy
- Ability to work effectively in a modern web application – ours is mostly PHP and JavaScript
- Deep PHP experience isn't required; learn backend web development to be useful
- Drive quality and reliability by defining standards in testing and observability
- Create PoCs, write design documents, and break down complex projects for less experienced teammates
- Experience in developing secure software or security and privacy-related product features
