Design and build core platform systems like load shedding and rate limiting to protect Asana at scale.
Own ingress/egress and traffic management across services to shape traffic flow.
Define stable interfaces and libraries used by multiple platform teams.
Lead end-to-end projects from scoping and design through rollout.
Partner with infrastructure teams to embed reliability as a design constraint.
Debug hard problems and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Share knowledge through code reviews and mentoring across teams.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (in-office days: Mon, Tue, Thu).
