• AI & Automation: LLMs, agents; LangChain/LangGraph; Python.
• Responsible AI usage with human-in-the-loop practices.
• Analytical, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives; cross-functional work.
• Data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations.
