Design and build core data infrastructure powering the platform
Own architecture for systems using ClickHouse, Temporal, Kubernetes, and Postgres
Drive reliability, performance, and scalability as data volume grows
Collaborate with product and application teams to define platform contracts, APIs, and tooling

🎯 Requirements

5+ years backend/platform engineering experience building scalable systems
Strong foundations in distributed systems, data pipelines, or orchestration; Temporal/ClickHouse a plus
End-to-end infra: schema design, query optimization, deployment, observability on Kubernetes
Preference for simple, durable designs; know when not to add complexity
Experience defining platform boundaries enabling other engineering teams
Led impactful projects and takes ownership
