🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering
Experience at a high-growth or scaled company
Strong fundamentals in PHP/CodeIgniter and Ruby on Rails
Proven ownership and end-to-end delivery
Independent and able to decide with imperfect information
US or Canada time zones, fully remote
Familiarity with MySQL/Aurora and AWS is a plus
