🎯 Requirements
- Experience as a senior software engineer in a remote work environment.
- Strong self-motivation and aptitude for investigation and experimentation.
- Node.js apps using Hapi.js or Fastify; Golang familiarity is a plus.
- API-driven cloud-native distributed systems on Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience with APM tools: Datadog APM, Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Design perf experiments to validate RPS, P95 and P99 latency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and remote collaboration.
