Solve scaling bottlenecks in the logging, metrics, traces and alerting pipeline.
Design and evolve APIs for product teams; collaborate to identify pain points.
Identify bottlenecks and failures to improve observability platform reliability.
Drive feature ideation, implementation and adoption.
Collaborate on planning and refinement to ensure alignment and quality.
Respond to alerts and provide production support to engineers.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience with distributed systems.
Experience designing APIs and data pipelines for high-throughput, real-time ingestion.
Experience improving reliability across availability, performance, latency, SLOs and incidents.
Proficiency with Go and/or Java.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
Solid understanding of system design and tradeoffs.
