📋 Description

• Design and build frontend systems for a new consumer credit experience.
• Develop scalable, distributed services with event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with design and product to translate intent into features.
• Drive technical decisions in a zero-to-one product environment.
• Apply AI-native workflows to accelerate development and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building production frontend and backend for consumer apps.
• Strong distributed systems and event-driven experience (Kafka/SQS/Kinesis).
• OO languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, Ruby; relational DBs/APIs.
• Able to work autonomously in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Deep product sense with focus on user outcomes.
• Familiar with observability: metrics, logs, traces, SLOs.
• Uses AI tools in engineering workflows; views AI's future in dev.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
