📋 Description

• Design and implement molab backend for high availability and low latency.
• Ensure rapid notebook kernel spin-up/down and fast frontend-backend communication.
• Develop product features including secret management.
• Build highly available, fault-tolerant systems at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong language-agnostic fundamentals
• Experience with parallel computing, concurrency, and networking/IPC
• Containerization and Kubernetes experience; scheduling, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure
• Experience building highly available, fault-tolerant systems
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Python and Python packaging
• Basic experience with the Python stack for AI/ML
