- Own core marketplace systems end to end, incl. backend, data, and experiments
- Improve reliability, performance, and observability of the marketplace
- Build and evolve personalized marketplace experiences, incl. matching, search, recommendations

- Diagnose and resolve data quality, performance, correctness issues across systems

🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of production systems
- Strong backend engineering (Python preferred), service design, and data modeling
- Experience building/operating systems where reliability, data quality, and performance are critical
- Highly data-driven; comfortable with experimentation, measurement, and optimization
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous spaces and bring structure
- Product-minded; understands how technical decisions impact UX and outcomes
