• Own projects across marimo's open-source backend and Python ecosystem
• Influence library design with simple, composable APIs
• Design new capabilities for interactive computing without UX complexity

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Python proficiency with strong fundamentals
• Systems knowledge: parallelism, concurrency, networking/IPC
• Library design or open-source development experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• TypeScript proficiency or willingness to learn
• SQL, databases, and data engineering
