  • Own end-to-end calibration stack; improve offline calibration reliability and coverage.
  • Design online calibration validation; monitor cross-sensor consistency; detect drift; integrate with safety architecture.
  • Contribute to localization and mapping: sensor integration, tuning, tests, deployment to new environments.
  • Develop tooling for calibration health logging, diagnostics, and post-mission analysis.
  • Deploy and test using data from real autonomous ops at active airports.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in robotics or autonomous vehicles; hands-on in calibration, localization.
  • Strong multi-sensor calibration across LiDAR, IMU, GNSS, cameras.
  • Experience with Ceres, GTSAM, g2o or EKF/UKF.
  • C++17+, Linux, ROS/ROS2 experience.
  • Understanding calibration impact on localization and perception.
  • BS or MS in CS, Robotics, EE, or related field.
