Participates in architecture reviews to align POS systems and optimize IT investments
Act as technical lead for small project/feature changes
Work with product/PM/UX to identify and prioritize features
Participate in grooming and sizing sessions
Evaluates tools and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in software support at enterprise level
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related IT field
Hands-on enterprise JAVA application and Spring boot development experience
Hands-on development experience with retail POS processes (sales, loyalty, payments)
Working knowledge with PCI & PII security standards
Experience troubleshooting across a complex IT ecosystem with cross-functional teams
