Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions.
Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to translate requirements into specs.
Set standards of technical excellence through RFC reviews and the code review process.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years backend experience, scalable distributed systems in cloud (GCP/AWS).
4+ years Java and Spring.
Experience with CockroachDB and MongoDB.
Familiarity with Kafka, Pub/Sub, AMQP.
Nice to have domain knowledge: DNS, TLDs, WHOIS, etc.
