- Database Technologies: SQL Server, IBM DB2, Teradata.
- DevOps Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Docker.
- Experience with incident, service request, and change management in ITIL-like environments.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices design.
