🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years backend experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, NATS, and React
- Proven DX-focused API or developer platform experience
- Excellent cross-functional communicator with internal and external partners
- Strong REST or GraphQL API design and usability
- Experience with webhooks, event-driven architectures, and async messaging
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and mentor others
