Senior Software Engineer, Inspections

📋 Description

• Build customer-facing features to improve the inspection experience.
• Scale Hover Inspections and help evolve architecture toward native SDKs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to solve real problems.
• Own projects from idea to launch and ongoing support.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
• Maintain high quality with testing, code reviews, and ops improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience developing mobile apps with React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Full-stack experience: backend (Ruby on Rails) or frontend/mobile (React/React Native).
• Owned customer-facing features from design through launch and support.
• Experience leading complex projects and architecture tradeoffs.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Design, QA, and Eng.
