📋 Description

• Define and lead an AI-first automation roadmap for Engineering Infrastructure and Enterprise Tooling.
• Architect and ship AI/LLM-enabled workflow automation across the SDLC.
• Build AI usage pipelines and guardrails, including data handling and logging.
• Set technical direction for global developer tools (build systems, VCS, CI/CD).
• Architect CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Bazel/Yocto.
• Drive Jira workflow design and automation for cross-org visibility and release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience at Staff, Principal, or Architect level (or equivalent seniority).
• Ownership of platform/infrastructure, developer productivity, CI/CD across global teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Docker; experience with embedded Linux and IPC.
• Experience building AI-assisted developer tooling and AI system monitoring.
• Strong written communication; architecture docs, runbooks, cross-team influence.
