Senior Software Engineer, Industrial Control

📋 Description

• Design and maintain controller software on safety-critical hardware
• Build fast, deterministic binaries with memory-based IPC
• Integrate with field protocols and TCP-based data flows
• Collaborate across design, materials, manufacturing and test teams
• Contribute to a modular software platform for autonomous Earth and space ops

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of C++ or Rust experience on safety-critical hardware
• Strong memory management and IPC for high-performance binaries
• Real-time or near-real-time execution with low jitter and latency
• Experience with CAN, LXI, Modbus or similar industrial protocols
• Familiarity with time-sensitive networking and deterministic scheduling
• Hardware-in-the-loop testing experience in lab environments
