Collaborate with developers and product to plan, design, and review test strategies
Own automated test automation, quality strategy, and deployment validation
Build scalable test automation frameworks (Playwright) for UI, API, and integration
Implement automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
Build dashboards and reporting to provide real-time product quality visibility
Champion quality engineering practices across the team

🎯 Requirements

Playwright-based test framework design and maintenance
Azure DevOps and CI/CD integration for tests
Strong test automation and quality engineering mindset
Experience with ShapeUp or Scrum agile methods
Mentoring engineers in quality and testing practices
Knowledge of AI-assisted testing approaches (LLMs)
